Been going fishing there for many years. Great place for picnicking. Got a nice beach too.
There's a cool eagles nest along the trail, other then that the trail was ok.
Wonderful place to go and relax with your faculty and kids. It's the great outdoors in Brooklyn and I highly recommend visiting out at least once or twice.
Great family park!!! I love taking my kids here as much as we can in the summer. We usually stay the whole day and cook out for lunch and dinner.
